This four day workshop was an introduction to evidence-based teaching practices such as using active learning in the classroom and was open to all college faculty. Participants learned basic principles and practiced applying them in a fun and engaging way with colleagues. 

Continuing members and new members met at Nassau Community College to get acquainted and renew connections, discuss and apply the guiding principles of the Network, and begin or continue work on projects to transform STEM education!
